Our Board
SuperFriend is proud to acknowledge the leadership and direction of our Board of Directors.
The Board is Chaired by Nicholas Vamvakas, and our Directors include senior representatives from SuperFriend’s Partner Funds, and Independent Directors. The Board meets at least four times a year and is responsible for overseeing the organisation’s strategy, governance, risk, finance, culture and long-term sustainability.

Our Expert Advisory Committee
SuperFriend’s Expert Advisory Committee (EAC) acts as an advisory and consultative committee to the Board and Management. The Committee is Chaired by Professor Niki Ellis, Independent Director, and is responsible for overseeing the development and evaluation of SuperFriend’s innovative solutions.
