Kat has over 15 years’ experience in workplace mental health and in the education sector. Bringing creativity, innovation and a strong knowledge of best practice solutions, Kat works closely with SuperFriend’s Partners to understand their needs and assist them in making informed decisions about their mental health strategy, leadership capability and training and wellbeing solutions for their employees.
Prior to joining SuperFriend, Kat worked at the Black Dog Institute and played a key role in building their highly regarded workplace mental health program from the ground up. Through this work she has obtained extensive knowledge in translational research and working closely with clients to implement evidenced based approaches for managing mental health in the workplace and the community. Most recently, Kat worked in client facing roles in executive education and leadership development at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) and UTS Futures Academy, where she was a part of a team that co-designed futured focussed educational programs that helped leaders and their teams adapt, thrive and succeed in a fast changing, uncertain environment.
Passionate about exceeding customer expectations and delivering best practice solutions, Kat is dedicated to working collaboratively with SuperFriend’s partners to ensure our solutions result in positive outcomes for their employees and workplaces. In her free time she enjoys yoga, wine and spending time with her family and friends.
