SuperFriend’s Constitution defines the organisation’s rules. It also includes SuperFriend’s purpose which is to provide health promotion activities and initiatives that promote improved mental health and wellbeing, reduce the risks of ill-health, decrease stigma about mental illness and prevent suicide within Australian workplaces and across the community.
SuperFriend’s Governance Policy & Framework guides the authority and controls of the Board, Committees and organisation. It is reviewed annually by the Board and updated periodically.
SuperFriend is committed to good governance and reporting to fulfil all required ASIC, ATO and ACNC obligations and accountability to our Partners.
