About the opportunity

This exciting opportunity will see you contributing your workplace mental health and wellbeing expertise to support the creation and delivery of evidence-informed research, programs, and initiatives that help Australian workplaces transform workplace mental health outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Workplace Mental Health, you will join our highly engaged, passionate team as we embark on the next phase of our evolution championing the benefits of preventative and positive workplace mental health practices in Australia.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with workplaces to transform their workplace mental health outcomes through effective advice, support and delivery of impactful solutions and initiatives.
  • Leveraging research, insights and solutions to construct and design impactful advice and engagements
  • Building strong relationships with customers ensuring engagement, repeat business and referrals
  • Facilitating and presenting workshops, training, focus groups, webinars and events both online and in person as required.
  • Contributing knowledge & advice from evidence, research and emerging trends in workplace mental health to the construct and design of solutions and initiatives and contributing insights as workplace mental health SME on a variety of internal projects
  • Collaborating with colleagues, stakeholders and customers to design, test and implement evaluation methods to assess the impact of engagements, solutions and interventions
  • Representing SuperFriend at conferences, speaking engagements, networks and alliances to promote the work of SuperFriend & the impacts of improved workplace mental health and wellbeing

Key requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology, org psychology, allied health, or other appropriate discipline
  • Subject matter expertise in workplace mental health with experience in the delivery of consultancy or advisory services and facilitation of training/workshops for diverse audiences
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate information, identify trends and issues, and plan appropriate strategies
  • High level communication and presentation skills
  • Extensive experience in successfully engaging and managing complex multi-industry stakeholder relationships at a range of different levels across different industries.

About the opportunity

Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications you will support a unified brand and marketing strategy and help raise SuperFriend’s brand profile to B2B audiences. You will support the development and delivery of strategic and tactical B2B marketing and communications activities designed to increase awareness, engagement and uptake of our mental health and wellbeing offerings. The role offers a broad remit and real opportunity to make a positive difference in a hands-on, diverse, generalist role with scope, responsibility, variety, impact and challenge and will include:

  • Digital Marketing & Campaign Management – drive increased awareness and engagement through SuperFriend’s digital and social media channels, including campaign development and reporting.
  • Content & Collateral Sourcing & Development – coordinate the creation and sourcing of content and collateral for social media, EDM, resources, website/microsites, reports and training.
  • Partner and client communications – create engaging communications to drive increased Partner awareness, engagement and uptake of SuperFriend offerings
  • Public Relations & Media – work with our PR agency to create relevant media angles, stories and content and coordinate media inquiries, brand ambassadors and other stakeholders.
  • Event Management – support and coordinate SuperFriend’s presence at events and conferences

Key requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing and substantial B2B/Service marketing experience
  • Extensive digital marketing experience and expertise including use of CMS, analytics, reporting, SEM & SEO (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, social media, Digital Ads) and managing social media accounts, including analytics and reporting (e.g. Hootesuite, Google Analytics)
  • CRM function expertise including EDM creation, campaign management, and reporting (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Effective interpersonal, written, verbal skills with strong project management, editing, proofreading and copywriting skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, a willingness to learn and to operate collaboratively and cross functionally
  • Knowledge, experience or passion for workplace mental health would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of LMS systems, video content creation and publishing or graphic design skills will be an advantage.

About the opportunity

This newly created role provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to manage the growth and development of SuperFriend’s workplace mental health training products (including online training, facilitated training, other media formats and presentations). Leveraging your experience of education development, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of product lifecycle management from ideation through to retirement. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Product Management and Development – leverage insights, data and research to develop and deliver a future focused training solution roadmap.
  • Training Content Development – collaborate with SME’s to design, develop, and project manage training content creation, refresh and evolution, including supporting materials, facilitator guides and sales collateral.
  • Product Performance & Quality – define and deliver against key product success metrics (including sales, ROI, financial performance, customer usage, qualitative and impact measurement).
  • LMS Management – Oversee the development and evolution of our online delivery and Learning Management System

Key requirements

You are a customer centric, experienced training product manager, ideally from an education development background, with a strong, demonstrated capability to understand market and strategic drivers and ideally possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (product management, organisational psychology, behavioural science, training and development, instructional design, product design).
  • Demonstrated experience managing, designing or developing training products/courseware for facilitated and online learning.
  • Experience or interest in workplace mental health and wellbeing.
  • Demonstrated experience administering Learning Management Systems and developing content for LMS.
  • This is a hands-on role that will require experience and confidence using software and platforms to maintain product integrity – experience using Articulate Storyline, InDesign, Absorb LMS, Mural (highly desirable).
  • Knowledge of user experience, customer experience, human centred design or user interface design (desirable).
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
