Elizabeth Proust AO, who joined SuperFriend as Chair on 1 May 2021, has a strong track record of leadership in the public and private sectors. She has had senior roles in the Victorian Government, the ANZ Banking Group and was CEO of the City of Melbourne.

Elizabeth is currently Chairman of Cuscal Limited, Lead Independent Director of GQC Partners and a non-executive director of the Lendlease Group. She has a BA (Hons) from La Trobe University, a Law degree from the University of Melbourne and honorary doctorates from La Trobe, Monash and Wollongong Universities.

In 2010, she was made an Officer of the Order of Australia for distinguished service to business and the private sector, for mentoring women, and for her contribution to the arts, education and the not-for-profits sectors.
