Simon is an experienced wellbeing science facilitator and has delivered presentations and workshops within the corporate and community contexts in a range of areas. Simon previously worked in management consulting focusing on people, culture and change management processes. He also co-founded a social enterprise focused on tackling loneliness and social isolation through delivering evidence-based programs and workshops that equip people with the practical skills needed to effectively connect. Simon now leads the development and delivery of mental health and wellbeing training and also does coaching for an Employee Assistance Program.
Simon holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from Melbourne University and mentors students there completing their final capstone subject.
Simon is passionate about combining his experience in consulting and positive psychology to build mental health and wellbeing capability in organisations. Simon believes the design and delivery of initiatives informed by positive psychology is critical for workplaces to thrive, and that training is a powerful mechanism for enabling this through providing people with the essential knowledge, skills and tools needed.
