Shannon Nolan

Shannon is a Social Worker and Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing Consultant. She is passionate about demystifying the process of building and embedding evidence-informed and sustainable workplace mental health strategies.

She has extensive experience

  • auditing existing workplace mental health strategies and interventions;
  • managing administration and reporting of employee wellbeing and engagement surveys;
  • developing and facilitating workplace mental health workshops;
  • developing and managing lived experience, ambassador & peer programs;
  • providing subject matter expertise across a range of industries in relation to development of new health & wellbeing strategies; and
  • networking with researchers and providers of evidence informed interventions and resources across the sector

Shannon has an engaging demeanour, is known for her ability to ‘cut through’ and authentically  engage with senior executive teams through to frontline operations.
