Sandra began her career as an educator before moving into leadership in schools, with a focus on the wellbeing of the learning community. Sandra holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from Melbourne University and has worked in organisational cultural change wellbeing for several organisations including a national youth mental health foundation and is a mentor at Melbourne University in the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology stream. She has received government awards for excellence in education and leadership and is a highly regarded speaker, sharing evidence-based strategies to international audiences.
Sandra’s passion is to create sustainable cultural change that enables wellbeing to flourish, increases productivity and enhances engagement. Sandra believes that strength in wellbeing is developed within and between individuals and sees organisations as powerful players in the mental health and wellbeing of its individuals and how they work, connect, collaborate and perform.
Sandra’s hope is to empower employees with the skills to better understand themselves and their colleagues for a more positive and engaging professional journey.
