Belinda holds a Masters in Organisational Psychology and has over 13 years’ experience in management consulting, strategic human resource management, organisational development, change management, positive absence management, strategy and implementation, leadership training, and building healthier, more inclusive and optimal workplaces.
To date, Belinda has successfully assisted client organisations across a broad range of industry sectors, from Financial Services to Healthcare, Aviation to Entertainment, Manufacturing to Telecommunications, Mining to Utilities, to achieve their overarching vision and to maximise their people and performance outputs.
