Belinda is a qualified Principal Consultant Psychologist with a passion for creating impactful change, cultivating positive leadership, and assisting organisations to build thriving workplaces using science and evidence-based solutions.

Belinda holds a Masters in Organisational Psychology and has over 14 years experience in management consulting, strategic human resource management, organisational development, change management, positive absence management, strategy and implementation, leadership training, and building healthier, more inclusive and optimal workplaces.

To date, Belinda has successfully assisted client organisations across a broad range of industry sectors, from Financial Services to Healthcare, Aviation to Entertainment, Manufacturing to Telecommunications, Mining to Utilities, to achieve their overarching vision and to maximise their people and performance outputs.

Belinda is a believer that happy customers start with having happy and mentally healthy employees. She has a genuine interest in helping people to flourish and working collaboratively with clients and staff at all levels across an organisation to motivate, develop and inspire better outcomes.
