Rose is responsible for leading AustralianSuper’s Membership & Brand Group, which manages the Fund’s brand and ensures the right strategies and relationships are in place to effectively attract and retain members today and into the future.
The team has a broad remit which spans: marketing; business and stakeholder partnerships; corporate tenders and mergers; and providing quality education and advice offerings to guide members.
A key focus of the team in partnership with SuperFriend, is working collaboratively to promote practical mental health initiatives to over 350,000 contributing businesses, enabling workplaces to thrive.
Rose joined AustralianSuper in 2010 and worked in a variety of member focussed roles across three states, before joining the Executive team in December 2016. She was previously a National Director at the Finance Sector Union of Australia. Rose holds a Bachelor of Economics (Social Sciences) from the University of Sydney, a Diploma of Financial Planning and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (Company Directors CourseTM).
